The Van Vechten-Lineberry Taos Art Museum displays paintings and drawings from
Duane Van Vechten's 51-year art career. Duane studied at the Art Institute of Chicago before
moving to New Mexico in 1929. She studied at the New Mexico Museum of Art and with Taos
artist Emil J. Bisttram. She lived and worked in Taos until her death in 1977.
