Ralph and I were married on August 5, 1954, after a whirlwind courtship in Ontario, Canada. Considering we are both Virgos we have survived these past 43 1/2 years unscathed. We were both born and raised Church of England, until the designation changed to Anglican.
Ralph was a career soldier serving with the Royal Canadian Dragoons. This photo was taken at our Regimental Reunion June 1997.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the Canadian Armed Forces in particular the many wonderful and lasting friends. We have two sons and three grandchildren, David (DJ) - 17 yrs, Christopher - 14 yrs, Nichole - 11 yrs(soon to be 12). both families live very close, which allows us the opportunity to watch the young personalities develop and mature. An unique blessed experience.
Ralph and I are in the second half of our life moving into a different sphere which compliments the first half. We are blessed with excellent health and positive exploring minds.
We are both very active in our retirement and often reiterate how we found the time to work and make a living.
