Members can manage their options by first going to:
http://lists.laplaza.org/mailman/listinfo/elders
There, look at the last block at the bottom of this page (ignoring
everything else), just enter your eMail address and then click on "Edit"
and this will take you to the page that allows you to manage your
own options. No password is required.
There, for example, you may reset "NoMail."
